Maintain the performance and comfort of your Tomed SomnoGuard® SP Soft mandibular advancement device with this complete set of replacement tensioning connectors.

The Tomed SomnoGuard® SP Soft is a two-piece oral appliance designed to reduce snoring and support the management of mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnoea (OSA). It works by gently advancing the lower jaw to help keep the airway open during sleep. These lateral bands connect the upper and lower trays and play a key role in maintaining the correct jaw position.

This set contains 48 bands in total, 4 of each size, providing 12 different length options so you can achieve and fine-tune the most effective level of jaw advancement.

23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34
