A simple step has changed my live

23/07/2014

I had suffered with headaches upon waking up for a couple of years, and over time they were getting worse – from a few days a week to almost everyday. I had tried everything I could think of to try and work out what was causing them; changing my diet, giving up caffeine, eating differing foods, relaxation etc, but no luck. I was feeling increasingly desperate and depressed about the constant pain. One morning recently I woke up and realised my jaw was aching. I googled this and came across bruxism. Comparing my symptoms, it sounded like I could be clenching my teeth at night. As a last resort I ordered this mouth guard, unsure as to whether it would help, but feeling out of all other options. I couldn’t believe that after wearing it the first night I woke up headache free, not only that but the usual tension in my neck and shoulders had gone. I felt relaxed and so happy for the first time in so long. Fearing it could be a coincidence, I continued to wear the mouth guard every night and ever since I have not woken up with a headache. I can’t believe the solution was so simple, I only wish I had found it sooner. I cannot praise this product enough, it has literally changed my life.

SleepRight Night Guard

08/07/2014

I bought this because I am clenching my jaw and grinding teeth at night. It works very well at stopping the grinding and is not intrusive. Only down side is that the back of the roof of my mouth get very dry overnight. Recommended.

SleepRight Secure Comfort Night-Guard

06/04/2014

As far back as i am aware,i had been a teeth-grinder since well over 11 years. I only knew the gravity of damage it can cause to my teeth just about half a year ago. My sister suggested that i check with the local dentist on resolving the issue (it became an issue into the 6th year when my grinding grew more intense and started to sore my jaw every other night). What the dentist simply offered was a customized teeth guard that costs $300. I was not impressed with the cost and decided to source for a more cost efficient product. I tried on face belt which i realized later it works for people with snoring problem. I also stumbled upon sites that sell mouth guards meant for sports. Although its a plausible protection for teeth grinding, it requires preparation procedures such as heating for softening the material. It turned me off cause it seemed so much like a chore and i needed something just as cost efficient, safe from harmful materials, durable, functions specially for Bruxism, and convenient. I was lucky i found this site. The item was safely shipped to me in approximately 3 weeks. Since then, i am as happy as can be. The first tome i used it, i slept like a baby and woke up free for any sort of feeling of tension on my jaw. The product has a clever adjustment slide that CUSTOMS to your comfort. Its easy to put on, it comes with a small storage box that takes up the littlest space, its made of toxic free material that i believe is durable, its very affordable, it stops my grinding right overnight (im not even exaggerating), and best of all, its the most assuring and relieved feeling to know that it had been produced by an organization that targets to resolve sleep related problems. Its very much a life restoration kit for me. I cannot be any more happier and i recommend that people who face the same problem as i did, buy it without hesitation or reluctance. You can trust that it will work wonders.

Conflicting advice from dentist

16/01/2014

Having bought this, I was told by my dentist that I shouldn’t wear it too often, as it keeps the front teeth apart, and without closure the top front teeth will start to extrude (grow downwards). That said, for emergency prevention of grinding, it is pretty comfortable.

mouth guard

This is an excellent product, and my second purchace. I grind my teeth during the night, its the only product i have found to work, other than paying the high price, a dentist would charge for a fully fitted one. Its adjustable to fit snug into your mouth and unlike other mouth guards on the market, you can still speak while wearing it. From order to delivery was three days. The sugested usage time before it needs replacing was six months, however i got about nine months, but that would depend in how much teeth grinding you do.
