little effect

09/02/2010

I took it religiously as per instructions at night and first thing in the morning. Still snored within minutes of going to bed and kept my partner awake. She stated it wasn’t quite as loud as before but still enough to keep her awake and not enough effect to make m buy it again.

It seems to work

08/02/2010

At first I wondered what everyone was talking about regarding the stinging as for at least the first week I didn’t feel anything adverse. However having used it for three weeks not I am getting a sharp sting when I spray it morning and night. However my wife seems to be much happier and for good measure I’m using a snore-strip each night too. Certainly seems to work.

This product worked from the first time I used it. But it seemed to bung my nose up so I’ve only sprayed it to the back of the throat since and it has dramatically improved my sleep and my partner’s. As mentioned by others though, it does only last about 7-8 hours but I would imagine that is enough for most people anyway. Definitely recommend.

I’m not sure about the snoring but it does seem to reduce nasal congestion, sufficiently for me to buy more.

Don’t ask me, ask the wife! Those mysterious bruises on my arms seem to be dissapearing!!!! Strange taste which takes some getting used to, but seems to be working and much better than other similar products avalable at supermarkets and chemists.
