Rhynil

Sadly I found that Rhynil did absolutely nothing for me. I persisted for several weeks but it had no effect at all. I have now found that Breathe Right nose strips are far more beneficial to reducing my snoring.

Sadly, initial optimism not convinced. Thought it was working at first but seems not to be. Im reliant on feedback from my partner, but she says i still snore so badly and she cant get back to sleep when she wakes. Maybe it works for a few hours perhaps but not for the whole night. Want to be convinced by all these reviews and maybe im doing something wrong but sadly, just dont think this is the miracle cure that many of these reviews suggest.

Not the the expected result

After carrying out the self diagnosis test from the website we read the reviews on the and were very hopeful. Sadly it has been in vain, I think perhaps my husband’s snoring has reduced slightly but is not a remedy and I am still woken up continually through the night.

Not quite sure why I started snoring, but thought i’d try this. Brilliant. I’ve found I don’t need to take the full dose for it to work.

Didn't work for me

Bought for my husband who is a terrible snorer. He used it exactly as instructed, but we barely noticed any difference. Stopped using after just over a week. Going to try the GP in Jan. Really dissapointing as I had high hopes after reading so many good reviews.
