Review Title
Fantastic at clearing stuffy nose so probably does help reduce snoring but taste and smell truly vile so will see how things go once first bottle runs out.
Didn't work
This is the final thing that I could try before looking at surgery. I have tried the lot from mouthpieces to candles and nose clips etc. I saw the Rhynil nasal spray and thought it would be worth a try. It was delivered very quickly and I followed the instructions on the packaging. After nearly three weeks it has made absolutely no difference whatsoever, so I have to assume that my snoring is such that it can’t be sorted out without drastic measures such as surgery.

I’m not sure if this is the right product for me – it does seem to work initially, then after a while the snoring starts up again. I’ll keep perservering though, as there has been some improvement.
Rhynil
After using several nasal sprays with little success, this one seemed to use a different principle so I gave it a try. It definitely worked more positively than anything else. My partner had several sleep-filled nights. However the benefit seemed to reduce after the second week, although still much improved over past experience.

I was I could report that this product had stopped my husband’s snoring , but the best I can say is that it isn’t quite as loud although I can still hear him through the wall as he has to sleep in the spare room and this is after 3 weeks of use !
