Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

At last.....
At last a product that works, after every spray, strip, anti snore ring, contraptions and concoctions something is actually working! Not very pleasant to take but it’s doing the job… And I am a very heavy snorer. My snoring can be heard rooms away. It took a week of usage for the affects to take action, so don’t be disappointed if the snoring doesn’t stop instantaneously. I found it works well to take it about 30mins before bed. Finally I’m off the sofa and allowed in the bed! Oh and a bottle lasts about a month. Only 9/10 due to it being pretty unpleasant to take, bit like snorting lemon juice……I imagine.

Purchased this product for my partner having got to the situation of separate rooms 3 days or more a week which was really not what I wanted. Thank you so much. Some nights my partner does not snore at all! Some nights he does but not so loudly and I manage to get more sleep than I was previously. Its really a miracle for me. My partner does not the taste but he is getting over that and the benefits for me far outweigh an unpleasant taste!

After using the spray i found that i could sleep with my mouth shut which reduced my snoring and will definaltly keep using it.
Really does seem to work!
I’ve been using Rhynil for a few weeks now, and apparently it has made a big difference to my snoring. I’ve also noticed my nose being a bit easier to breathe through during the day too, which is a bonus.I find spraying Rhynil up my nose is sometimes a bit intense (perhaps I need to shake the bottle more?) but it’s fine onto the roof of my mouth. Any unpleasantness wears off within a few seconds. It’s certainly worth a try!
