How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

I am a very loud snorer! My wife can hear me even with ear plugs in. This product, Rhynil does not stop the snoring completely but reduces it considerably. I am still using it and the only downside is the strange taste! Hoping to get used to that.

I was searchin the net,trying to found a product about snoring after my girlfriend’s complaints. I found it and i said to myself let’s give it a try. Well at the start I didn’t notice any difference, but after the first twenty five days I realise that i was able to breath from my nose easylly without any problems. My girlfriend told me that I wasn’t snoring any more. Very happy with the product, think i’m gonna get back to it to maintain the condition for a while.

I’ve been using this for a while now and the results have been great – not the nicest stuff to use but the results are well worth a little bit of discomfort. My other half no longer gets up in the night to go and sleep elsewhere, so we’re both happy!

Started using this about a month ago and almost immediatly my husband noticed a difference, for the first time in years no snoring!!! It doesn’t particularly taste very nice but for the sake of a good nights sleep I can stand the split second taste. Would definatly recommend.

I was desperate for something to stop my snoring keeping my husband [and myself as he kept on nudging or pushing me] awake at night. The hospital said I had polyps in my nose which could cause snoring but they would not remove them until they grew bigger which could take years. They gave me some nasal spray on prescription but it was rubbish and did nothing at all. After about 3 days of using Rhynil my husband [and myself] were sleeping through the night. I find that if I sleep for longer than 8 hours it stops working. If I fall asleep during the day or forget to take it at night my snoring starts so I have to take this every evening. Some nights I find it a bit hard to take as it hurts my nose a bit but it only lasts a few seconds. Brilliant spray.
