Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

My snoring was causing my wife considerable disruptioin to her sleep.Decided to look around for solutions and found this webb site. The information it provideds was very helpfull and thought I would try the Rhynil. Product seems to be effective, my wife reports that my snoring has reduced to a level that is more or less tolerable! The taste is herbal and lingers but a small price top pay for her getting a good nights sleep.
Rhynil Spray is very effective
This spray works so much better than any I’ve bought over the counter. For me, when used with nasal strips, it has finally allowed me to sleep peacefully without neighbours banging on the wall! I know it isn’t the answer for everyone, but for me, it’s just great. It can also be used in the nose, whilst others are just for the throat. In my case, using it in both nose and throat is needed to work effectively.

This product did not work for me at all my husband is still complaining! I will try the mouth guard but i also think i must loose weight and be careful with alcohol.

I tried this after seeing it on the website. I have found it very easy to use, and while it does not have a wonderful flavour the taste is very transient. Not a perfect cure for snoring, but it clearly helps, and so far notably effective for catarrh.

The product does what it says, stops the snoring. The only reason it did not score ten out of ten , was the taste. Not foul, but not a little off putting at first. But when the benefits are received, they far outweigh this factor.
