Description

Nozovent® Nasal Dilator is a simple but proven top-rated product to help relieve the vibrations that cause snoring. Available in two sizes, Medium or Large. It opens the nostrils, allowing more oxygen into the airways. It is a small strip made from medical plastic that inserts into the nasal channels, and expands, allowing breathing to become easier. As a result, the soft palate does not vibrate as easily, you breathe easier and snore less. Easier on your throat too, and allows more oxygen into your lungs.

The Nozovent® Nasal Dilator is designed and made using a ‘springy’, flexible plastic (polyeteramid). It takes a little time to get used to, but with regular use most find that they forget its presence in the nose. In position, Nozovent® is anchored by specially designed nodules, which ensure that the device does not come into contact with the mucous membrane or become the cause of a nosebleed.

Each pack contains 2 pieces.

Nozovent

I do not have a problem with snoring ( I would love to have a problem with snoring!!) My problem is LIFELONG INSOMNIA, I decided to try Nozovent because I can not breathe freely through my delicate little nose!, it collapses when I breathe in. I was thinking that maybe that is what has always stopped me from sleeping more than twenty mins-90 mins and sometimes not at all. I have no concept of day and night in my life, one day just passes into the next day. While the Nozovent works well to help me breathe freely, which is lovely, unfortunately I find I cannot tolerated it.. After a lifetime of living on my adrenalin my nervous system is VERY irritable and I can only tolerate it for a short period of time, and not when trying to sleep it just prevents me even going to sleep at all. I have however noticed that if I use it during the day, that I don’t get those annoying episodes of yawing usually lasting up to an hour once or twice a day, when I just yawn and yawn and am unable to stop, which is helpful. Insomnia has blighted my life, but hope keeps floating up and I continue my search tenaciously and try everything I think might help! So Nozovent certainly works well for opening up my airway, sadly that’s not the reason I don’t sleep!

Permanently Exhausted

comfortable and works, when it stays in

Its a soft plastic that in theory will last a while. Seems to work nicely to keep you able to breath. My biggest issue is that it sometimes fallout and you wake up hunting around the bed and floor looking for it. As it’s a clear plastic it hides well. The instructions say to make this easier put a mark with a pen on it, but then you just add to the ‘bull’ look.

My family knew me to be a very loud and consistent snorer. My wife was a very bad sleeper. Her sleeping patterns were so disturbed that she often did not sleep at all. She would never blame me but suffered in silence. I woke myself on occasions but generally slept reasonably well. My wife was exhausted with lack of sleep. I went to my GP for advice having tried most over the counter remedies, to little effect. He advised Nozovent plastic strips that slot inside each nostril and pull them apart. The improvement was immediate. I could feel the extra air being inhaled, I slept better and rarely disturb my wife who now sleeps so much better. They are easy to use, stay in place overnight and I am unaware it is there. They are much longer lasting which make them affordable. Although I sometimes purr” a little the improvement is dramatic.”””

Nozovent- my friend!

I have used these simple devices for about 5 years now and they have been a great help such that I never go away without making sure I have them packed. They are easy to use- at first you are aware of a foreign object in your nose but it doesn’t take long to accommodate to them. My husband used to complain that it sounded like he was sleeping with a woman who was drowning as I would make awfull noises and then gasp for air. That has reduced by about 90% so that it doesn’t bother him now. They seem quite pricey for what they are but I find they last much longer than the recommended time and its hard to put a price on a good nights sleep!

Works well

Makes it easier to breathe, and reduced volume / duration of snoring greatly for me (according to the Snorelab iPhone app and my wife). Fits snugly, but keeping it in place can be a problem. It springs out of the nostrils in the middle of the night from time to time. This is a minor quibble however. All in all a great product.
