How to use
- Roll and compress earplug into a small crease-free cylinder
- To ensure proper fitting, reach your hand over your head and gently pull your ear upwards and outwards. Insert the compressed, rounded end of the earplug well into the ear canal
- Hold for a few seconds until earplug expands
Remove: Slowly twist and pull out of the ear canal to prevent damage to the eardrum.
Precautions
- When removing the earplug, twist slowly & gradually to break the seal. If rapid removal this may result in damaging the eardrum.
- Improper fitting will reduce effectiveness.
- Discard if earplugs come in contact with lubricants, solvents or chemical substances.

Elete Foam Ear Plugs
I have been using these ear plugs for about 2/3 weeks, I find it is difficult to find the correct angle the put them in without falling straight out when they inflate. When they have been fitted correctly they still have a degree of at least one falling out during the night.The problems seem to be when they expand they then push up and subsequently have to be installed again. I would at this point not purchase them again.

I have tried many ear plugs to combat my husband’s snoring. They worked to some degree but I still had to move to another room when it was really bad. These plugs are the best I have ever found and certainly worth the extra cost over standard earplugs. Thoroughly recommended.

Quite effective. My partner snores quite loudly, and by inserting the ear plugs, they do block out the sound to a extent. However I can still hear him, but not as much.
Best Product I have used
Great ear plugs. I have a neighbour next door who has a boiler that really sounds look first thing in the morning. I had been using Boots own ear plugs but they weren’t doing the job. These however are absolutely perfect. Not only are they more comfortable, you get more for your money and they completely drown out the neighbours boiler. Highly Recommended.
