Pros and cons of Chin ups
They have significantly reduced, but not eliminated my snoring. The strips are very fragile and tear easily during application which is costly. It would be fantastic if you could reuse them and be tougher but even if you buy in bulk its becomes quite expensive especially when you are a pensioner. 40p each when you buy 30, £65 for 200 is a big amount to pay all at once. My rating takes all my comments into consideration.
Chin-Up Strips
In the main these do work they did reduced, but not entirely eliminated my snoring. Perhaps some more weight loss may achieve this! Disadvantages, can leave red marks on your face when taken off. Always interesting when work colleagues ask what the marks are!
Chin Up Strips
After trying sprays, nasal strips etc this is the best product for mouth snorers, I can recomend this, it has saved my marriage and many digs in the ribs. My life saver.
Bottoms up to Chin Ups
I cannot begin to explain how important Chin-ups are to me. I am a mouth-breathing Sleep Aponea sufferer who is unable to wear a full face mask and must therefore use a nasal mask every night. As any mouth-breather knows using a nasal mask is a complete waste of time, but when used in conjunction with Chin-ups a whole new dimension opens up. A liitle bit of forethough and preparation each night before bed affords me 7 or 8 hours of real sleep each night. Chin-ups saved my life as before this I was averaging one hour of sleep per night for over 12 months! Chin-ups are amazingly simple to use and yet provide so much, so easily.
chin up strips
I found these strips worked brilliantly for me. I enjoy good nights sleep and always take them on holiday with when I have to share a room with my traveling pals. No complaints or various items thrown at me anymore. Uunfortunately my chemist where I used to purchase them do not stock them anymore hence my trying the web site.
