How to use
- Prepare your skin: Wash your face and apply a dab of Vaseline® to your cheeks.
- Apply the strip: Remove the strip from the backing paper, position the cheek tabs beside your nose, and pull the chin section gently below the bottom lip and press to secure.
- Removal: Slowly peel off the strip. Use a warm, wet cloth if needed to loosen the adhesive.
Precautions
- Do not use it if nasal breathing is obstructed.
- Avoid use on irritated, sunburned, or damaged skin.
- Not suitable for children under 7 without physician approval.
- Discontinue use if irritation occurs or use every other night to allow skin adjustment.

Chin up strips have solved my lifetime of sleep interrupted problems, I always knew what the problem was, just not how to solve it, until now.
Chin-Up Strips
I fell asleep whilst driving and have subsequently had an overnight sleep study which showed that my oxygen levels had been maintained overnight (possibly due to the fact that I did not sleep normally in a hospital bed)! This is the only product I have found that keeps my mouth closed at night. I had bought them previously from Amazon but buying in bulk is cheaper. They are a bit fiddly to begin with but they do work well. I would reccommend these strips to any mouth breather that snores loudly.
Good product
I bought these strips because I used to wake up with a sore throat and dry mouth which, according to my GP, was due to my sleeping with an open mouth. I tried taping my mouth prior to buying these strips which did not help much. This is an excellent product which has solved my problem.

Found them easy to apply and stayed on all night. On their own they didn’t work for me but with the Rhynil used regularly it definitely improved things.
