- Do not use if you have TMJ dysfunction without consulting a dentist first; have teeth or jaw pain; or if the dental guard or any part of the device is broken or damaged.
- Do not use as an athletic mouth guard.
- Before using this product, carefully read and understand all directions and consult with your dentist if you have any concerns. Using this product other than as directed may cause breakage of the product and potential injury.
- Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period.
- Not for use with dentures, braces or other dental appliances.
- Do not use for more than 3 months from initial use without consulting your dentist.
- Ask a dentist before use if you have loose fillings, loose teeth, chipped or broken teeth, loose caps or unfilled cavities; jaw clicking or pain, teeth pain, face pain; difficulty chewing; mouth sores; gum disease or bleeding gums; or respiratory problems.
- While using this product, see your dentist at least every 6 months.
- Stop use and see a dentist if you develop loose teeth or a change in your bite; experience pain or other irregularity.
- Stop use if it easily falls out of your mouth or causes you to gag or choke, you develop bleeding gums, soreness or other reaction inside your mouth.
- CAUTION: As with all intra-oral devices, there are inherent risk factors associated with using them. You should proceed with caution while using this product and regularly examine it, before and after each use, for any damage that may present a potential health hazard.

Standard night guard
Works very well. 4 weeks now and only two headaches. Slightly uncomfortable at first but you do get used to it. But it is well worth a little discomfort now that the headaches have gone.
Helfpul for teeth grinding
This is the second (of the same) mouth guard I’ve purchased from here. The first one was used so much, I bit through the silicone 🙁 but it does the trick. I have recommended this mouth guard to friends who also grind teeth.
Works well
I really like this mouth guard – much lighter and more comfy to wear than my old (dentist-made) one. And seems to work well.
The Perfect Nightguard
This was exactly what I needed, I had stopped using my other nightguard because of the pressure it but on my front teeth. Grinding against a normal mouthguard made my front teeth sore and I was worried of the pressure it put on them (I had a front tooth that had been hit back and put back in place years ago which caused a bit of a phobia). It is also much more comfortable to sleep than the regular kind and I find it in my mouth most times in the morning rather than hidden under my pillow or thrown across my room as I would do with my old nightguard.. To sum things up, my jaw is no longer making a terrible clicking noise and I may be in love with a nightguard.
Good but now stiff
I have had my mouth guard for nearly a year and it has most certainly helped with my grinding at night, however after cleaning my guard every day, it has become stiff and uncomfortable in my mouth, and now need to buy another (£35 is expensive for a student!!) it is a great shame as i really loved the product!
