Sleep, beautiful sleep
Sleep right nasal breathe aids really worked for me. I have very small nasal openings and suffer with blocked nasal airways. I always snore, but these unobtrusive little devices sit comfortably inside and open out the nasal passages. I have had great nights of sleep, beautiful sleep, since using them.
Excellent Product
Sleepright nasal breathe aid is without a doubt the best I have used. I once used the stick on type and though OK it left a mark on my nose. Also I used the metal clips and they were also OK but would often fall out. Another type I tried would ping out immediately and I gave up on them. These ones are easy to use, extend the nostril very well, in fact better than anything else I have used. Apart from the first time I put them in, they are comfortable and I don’t notice them at all .Will certainly purchase them again! I have sleep apnoea and use these with a mandibular advancement device, together with a chin strip. Once on I don’t notice them. The combination has almost totally solved my problem. I certainly prefer it to a CPAP machine. Glad I found out about BSSAA.
Nasal Dilators
I have tried a few of these with little success but the sleepright is the best I have tried. The first few days, I suffered a little irritation, but after that they are very comfortable. Have been using them for a month or so and in general they work well. not sure how long each one lasts but not too bad. I actually wear the breathe right strips as well and this seems to be a good combination.
Got there in the end
First night fantastic! Much relieved mutterings from my girlfriend. Second night, girlfriend still very happy, my septum was a bit tender. Third night, ditched it in the middle of the night, girlfriend no longer happy, my septum very unhappy. BUT READER, READ ON… At my girlfirend’s suggestion, having let things heal a bit, I applied some aloe vera lip balm before inserting the dilator. Bingo!!! Also by angling the clip towards the lower section of the nostril a more comfortable fit was achieved avoiding the bonier part of the septum. You do have to play about with the dilating flaps a bit to get a good fit that won’t pop out. All-in-all very happy with the product. If on occasions things do get a bit sore, I use a nasal strip for a few nights and then return to the dilator. Hope this helps others.
Helpful for Exercise
I actually use it when I exercise at an intense level, especially on the Concept 2 Rowing Machine. The fact that my nose collapses when I breathe in gives me Exercise Induced Asthma type symtoms. Since using this product I have eliminated the problem.
