Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Rhynil spray for snorers
Tried this product and it seems to help it has a progressive effect so hopefully it will get better. My snoring is caused by an enlarged uvula.
Results
This did result in a noticeable improvement though not an end to my snoring. Any reduction in volume is appreciated however.

Rhynil - Spray for nose
This product is easy to use however I did not find it reduced my snoring over the month or so that the bottle lasted. Some of the reviews I read prior to purchase, said that the taste was unpleasant but I didn’t find it too bad especially if you spray it towards the back of the mouth. I’m glad that I tried it but I find the Nozovent a better but not total solution.
