How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

I found that Rhynil greatly reduces my snoring problem, and I would suggest trying it before considering much more expensive (and uncomfortable) options. But be aware that it takes a few days or so before any noticable effect. Also it may not be effective for all types of snoring problems.

Seems to actually work, takes a few weeks to begin to really take effect but has greatly reduced my snoring and increased my wifes sleeptime (and mine!!)
