How to use
Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

It took some getting used to squirting stuff up my nose but its easier now I’m used to it. It does sting a little for a very short time but its a small price to pay. On it’s own they didn’t work for me but with the Chin-Up strips it definitely improved things.

my problem was sinus/nasal led, Rhynil enables me to breath through nose, which means I can close my mouth, which means I don’t need any other device, simple !! I don’t feel worried about using it constantly and will definately be ordering again.

My partner became a chronic snorer over the last few years. She has been taking rhynil for about 3 months. Definitely a major reduction both in frequency and noise level, maybe 50%. So we intend to continue with rhynil.
Certainly an imnprovement
My partner who had become exasperated not to mention sleep deprived as a result of my snoring has said that this product has reduced it – not entirely stopped it, but apparently it does help. I was skeptical that any spray would make the slightest bit of difference but it does seem to have an effect and is less intrusive than putting a foreign object in your mouth all night, although I may have to resort to this to make things improve further.

This spray not only reduced my snoring, but also has completely got rid of my hayfever/allergies which used to effect me all year round. I now don’t need to use anti-histimines at all!
