How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Review Title

Unfortunately this didn’t seem to work for me. It might have cleared my nose a bit temporarily, but it seemed to make my throat catarrh worse, and that is what causes my snoring. I’m beginning to despair! I’ve tried most everything including surgery on my deviated septum.

Apparently works for me...

I don’t snore, but my wife says I do. It’s an ongoing heated discussion! Apparently, since taking this product I’ve stopped snoring, but as previously stated, I never snored in the first instance! She’s never given me any proof therefore I don’t snore! ;-)I all seriousness, great product which I will be ordering again and again.

My wife is extremely pleased with this product as my snoring has decreased in volume. It has not gone away completely but I have only been using it for about 3 weeks and hopefully it will get better the longer i use it. Very good.

I was getting so desperate with my husbands snoring, I had even taken to sleeping in the spare room but having used rhynil for a few days i started to hear his snoring getting lower, I don’t know if it will stop completely but I can certainly sleep next to him now.

Review Title

Holidaying with my daughter didn’t want to subject her to my awful snoring, after looking at the reviews decided to give Rhynil a try. Used it in conjunction with Brez nasal dilators and had a very good result. Still snored occasionally but nowhere near as much as previously. Will definitely continue to use the product.
