Rhynil spray

This has reduced my snoring but not got rid of it completely. I haven’t had a cold since using it (about a year) and I hardly ever have to blow my nose. It took a long time to get use to spraying up my nose properly, as I need to use both hands to get it to spray correctly so I can’t block off the other nostril with my thumb, and I have to keep my head tipped back quite a while or it runs down out of my nose.

Rhynil

Not sure how much it lessens my snoring – my SomnoGuard SP Soft is my main help for this. As the main ingredient euphrasia (eyebright) can also help the eyes and the brain, this could be giving me benefit in several ways, so I continue to use it.

Quite good

It does the somethings v. well, which is to de-gunge you. Usually have heavy catarrh year round, it gets rid of it after a few nights and any residual infections that seem to stick around months after a cold has gone go quickly. I feel I snore less, but Mrs insists I still do fairly regularly. I think it basically eases it – but doesn’t eradicate it for heavy snorers. Will get my second bottle and hope long term use has more effect – worth a try in reducing snoring.

This spray is wonderful

This simple spray (although it tastes bad) has completely stopped my snoring. For me it has worked from the first time i took it and i have a great nights sleep every time (more importantly so does my wife)

rhynil

Sadly didn’t work for me as I can’t cope with the spray going up my nose, sent me dizzy, that’s my problem not the spray, awaiting ENT appointment.
