Rhynil

I followed the snore tests on your website and Rhynil was one of the suggestions for snoring caused by mouth breathing together with chin up strips and a somni snore guard. I chose Rhynil as the cheapest and least intrusive option to start with. I had been keeping my husband awake with my loud and constant snoring and even woken myself with extra loud snores! The spray has a slightly bitter taste but this soon fades and after a few applications I soon became used to the taste and I no longer find it unpleasant. My husband says the volume and intensity of my snoring has decreased considerably, although it hasn’t ceased completely. I didn’t think my sleep was suffering much but was very surprised to find after the first use that I did have a much better night’s sleep. I have almost finished my first bottle and have just ordered 2 more so I will definitely give it the thumbs up. It seems to work for me and is infinitely preferable to sellotaping my mouth closed or wearing some kind of gum shield!! I would recommend giving it a try.

I think this of value

I used the Somnoguard AP for a couple of years with limited success and have recently been using the Rhynil & Somnoguard SP soft. This seems to be a much better combination; the SP has stoppped the forced mouth breathing caused by the AP.

Rhynil

I’ve been using this product for a couple of weeks now and it seems to be doing it’s job. My girlfriend has not complained about my soring since and she has confirmed it has made a big difference, although I still do snore slighty when in certain positions but no where near as bad.

Try Rhynil

I had already tried 2 over-the-counter remedies and also 2 prescription steroid sprays. Next step was deviated septum operation and then probably mandibular device but I was concerned that no doctor had really asked me the necessary questions and were just processing me without thought. Glad I got on the internet and found the advice to try Rhynil. Seems to be working pretty well – my wife reports only the occasional snoring now. Have just placed another order for 2 more bottles.

Not quite ...

Whilst it didnt work 100%, I think there was some slight improvement. Will try another bottle of it and see if things keep improving. It certainly didnt get any worse !
