How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Review Title

I bought this to use along with the chin ups. My nose blocks up at night and so far, this spray has helped to clear my nose most of the time when I’m sleeping. It’s worth trying if ou get a bunged up nose when you sleep.

Did not help in my case

Easy to use. Unfortunately didn’t help me noticeably. Only thing that has helped me is a MAD. I got Tomed SomnoGuard SP Soft and that helps.

I’ve been using the Rhynil spray for a couple of weeks now and find that I breathe much easier day and night. My partner is not reporting any big improvement in my snoring, but perhaps there is more than one reason why I snore. Irregardless, I continue to use the spray and hope for more improvement. Did nothing for me

I have tried this for a few weeks but it has done nothing for me. The taste of this is not so hot (but then again if it worked that wouldn’t matter). I will continue to use until the bottle is finished, you never know it might do some thing by the time I get to the end, but then again I don’t think herbal things do much good more a placebo effect!
