How to use
Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

This is a brilliant product that within two days dramatically reduced my snoring. When camping with friends or sharing rooms with them i often wake up to to the remnants of a direct attack surrounding me, ranging from thrown shoes and newspapers, to socks in my mouth etc etc, because of my snoring but this really does work. After meeting a new girl recently and waking to find her on her sofa i was mortified and so bought this product and now we sleep together and she has removed the ear plugs.

I’ve been using the product for 3 weeks now and although actually squerting it up your nose is not nice, it has had the desired effect. It hasn’t stopped the snoring completely but my partner said it is has reduced the volume drastically and he can finally get some sleep and so can I !

After a long period of little sleep because of my snoring, my long suffering wife (who is the best judge of this) is now sleeping most nights. It would seem that I still snore occasionally but even then its very much subdued she tells me. After trying various other sprays and nasal strips, which made little or no difference, this product actually seems to work. I would definitely recommend it.
