Helps a good night's sleep

Keep light out really well. Generally comfortable although the metal adjuster clips on the elastic can rub a bit if you have no hair like me

Very good but not perfect

Out of all my masks I can find at the moment this is the best.Through the mask itself as far as I have tested it lets in no light at all.It fits well most of the time around my nose as long as the strap is reasonably tight. Light does peep in round my nose occasionally and I have to ajust it.Saying that it beats all my other masks (that I can find) hands down so I would definitely recommend.I bought a mask from the British Snoring Association a few years ago. That is the only one that beats this one. If I could only find it…..

Very good but too tall

The best mask I can find for shutting out light, although it is too tall, i.e. it goes too high on your forehead.

A good one!

I thought I might find it hard to get used to but had no problems the first time. Apart from a little difficulty siting the straps, they were excellent and better than my blackout curtains by far! I can see I’m going to become highly dependent on them from now on.
