“Silentnight anti-snore pillow. Now you can sleep on your back without snoring. This ergonomically designed pillow gently supports and positions the head and neck to encourage better body alignment and snore-free sleep. It features a shaped foam core and has a firmness rating of 5.”
The Silentnight Sleepzone Anti-Snore Pillow has a hollowfibre filling for comfort, combined with an orthopaedically shaped foam core that is designed to promote a better head position for clearer breathing, helping to reduce snoring. This makes it a practical and affordable pillow for snoring. It’s hypo-allergenic and features a poly-cotton cover that may be washed by hand.
One of the biggest causes of snoring is that around 25% of us lie on our backs in bed, which inevitably puts the head at the wrong angle to allow unimpeded breathing.
That’s why Silentnight developed the Sleepzone Anti-Snore Pillow. Its secret lies in the orthopaedic properties of its shaped foam core. This promotes a more natural sleeping position, which in turn helps to keep the airways open and so encourages better breathing – and less snoring. In short, it’s a simple but effective anti-snoring pillow.
Way back in 1991, when we developed the original 90-Day Snore No More Plan, we noted that allergies were a common cause of severe snoring. Fast forward 27 years and nothing has changed – many people still find that switching from a feather pillow to a synthetic fibre anti-snore pillow or snoring pillow can reduce, and in some cases completely eliminate, snoring overnight.
Replacing our old duck feather pillow with the Silentnight Anti-Snore Pillow had an instant effect. It was immediately clear there was a significant improvement in both snoring frequency and volume. For us, this anti-snore pillow worked straight away, with results recorded using the SnoreLab app.
The shaped foam core and medium firmness contribute nicely to overall comfort. This makes it a good choice for those wanting a pillow for snoring that balances support with softness. While we couldn’t confirm whether better body alignment was achieved (since side-sleeping was the preferred position in our test), the pillow still delivered impressive results as a snore-reducing pillow.
Did the pillow help with snoring? – Yes. Snoring volume and frequency were reduced by approximately 50%, proving that anti-snore pillows can make a real difference.
Would we recommend this product? – Yes. Especially if you’re using a feather pillow.

The Silentnight Anti-Snore Pillow is available online from several major UK retailers. We purchased ours for £12 on Amazon, which makes it a relatively low-cost option among pillows for snoring.
It remains one of the more common anti-snoring pillows UK shoppers turn to, largely because it combines affordability with wide availability.
