Ingredients

Purified water, Glycerin, Sorbitan Stearate, Polysorbate 60, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Mentha Piperita, Tocopheryl Acetate, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Sodium Hyaluronate, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride.

The Reality - Our Review & Opinion

This pleasant tasting throat spray – it somewhat reminded us of the gooey inside of After Eight Mints – when initially sprayed into the mouth stimulated a fair amount of salivation which made me think it was washing away the spray from the intended area.

Once the initial sweet minty fresh sensation had subsided, it was hard to say if the spray had coated the soft palate. It was noted that a residual minty taste was detectable for about 30 minutes post application.

We tested the spray over 3 nights. For the first night there was no reduction (image 1 below), the second night showed a slight improvement (image 2 below), however, for the 3rd night the snoring was unfortunately worse (image 3 below).

Did it help with snoring? – If it did, it wasn’t consistent and the result of the 3rd night was disappointing.

Would we recommend this product – No.

Tested & reviewed in June 2018 by a male, aged 40-50, with a BMI of 26. Identified as a multifactorial snorer using the Interactive Snore Tests. A mandibular advancement device being the strongly recommended treatment.
