BSSAA REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we aim to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

1. Returns Timeframe

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. After 14 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange, except in some cases of faulty or defective items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Original packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Hygiene products: Due to health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of hygiene-related products (e.g., mandibular devices, CPAP masks, nasal strips, mouthguards, throat sprays, nasal sprays) if the hygiene seal is intact and the product is unopened.

3. Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately at orders@britishsnoring.co.uk, or call our customer services team at 01284 717688 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm).

We will provide instructions on how to return the item, including a free returns label if applicable.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 14 working days.

4. Non-Eligible Returns

  • Used hygiene products: We cannot accept returns for used hygiene-related products (e.g., opened nasal sprays, used mouthguards, or CPAP masks) unless they are faulty.
  • Misuse or damage: If an item develops a fault due to misuse or user damage (not a manufacturing fault), we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 working days.

7. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If an item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
