How to use
- Roll and compress earplug into a small crease-free cylinder
- To ensure proper fitting, reach your hand over your head and gently pull your ear upwards and outwards. Insert the compressed, rounded end of the earplug well into the ear canal
- Hold for a few seconds until earplug expands
Remove: Slowly twist and pull out of the ear canal to prevent damage to the eardrum.
Precautions
- When removing the earplug, twist slowly & gradually to break the seal. If rapid removal this may result in damaging the eardrum.
- Improper fitting will reduce effectiveness.
- Discard if earplugs come in contact with lubricants, solvents or chemical substances.
- Keep away from infants and small children when not in use.

Husband snores as loud as a drill , took a few nights to get use to fitting them correctly can still hear him snore but isn’t as loud also was getting disturbed with other household noises kids tv and doors banging rarely hear this used to use cotton wool but will be buying these again

I snore really loudly at night and it has been making my husband have lack OR no sleep at all.We have resorted to sleeping separately until I stumbled upon this product.My husband was sceptical but I was optimistic.First time my husband put it on, he knew it was going to be good because he could not hear himself breathe. He also said the texture of the earplugs were different compared to any other normal ones.When he put it on, I tried to say something to him but he could not hear nothing unlike other ordinary ear plugs. I repłicated snoring loudly and my husband did not say nothing, so I was very optimistic. He fell asleep. Here comes the best part.He did not nudge me all night, not even once! We both slept through the night like babies. It was the best sleep ever for the both of us. He woke up happy refreshed and not angry like usual.He said it really help block my snoring out although he could still hear it a tiny bit which did not bother him at all. We are now both happy that our problem has been resolved. We both look forward to sleeping at night now. I highly recommend this product! Might need to buy another two boxes I think!
Great Product
These definitely reduce the noise of my Husband deafening snores but…… they do give me earache which wakes me up. Can you make them in a smaller size please?
