Materials

Made from hypoallergenic and non-irritating foam in a distinctive solid orange colour.

How to use

  1. Roll and compress earplug into a small crease-free cylinder
  2. To ensure proper fitting, reach your hand over your head and gently pull your ear upwards and outwards. Insert the compressed, rounded end of the earplug well into the ear canal
  3. Hold for a few seconds until earplug expands

Remove: Slowly twist and pull out of the ear canal to prevent damage to the eardrum.

Precautions

  • When removing the earplug, twist slowly & gradually to break the seal. If rapid removal this may result in damaging the eardrum.
  • Improper fitting will reduce effectiveness.
  • Discard if earplugs come in contact with lubricants, solvents or chemical substances.
  • Keep away from infants and small children when not in use.
  • Note: Please discard after several uses or as soon as wax accumulates on earplugs.

Additional FAQs

What are the best ear plugs for snoring?

The best ear plugs for snoring depend on your comfort and the level of noise you need to block. Foam ear plugs expand in the ear canal, while silicone earplugs mould to the shape of your ear. There are also specialist options like noise cancelling earplugs for snoring and isolate ear plugs. For very loud snoring, dense high-decibel (dB) ear plugs for sleeping may be more effective. Ear plugs are rated by their Noise Reduction Rating (NRR), which typically ranges from 22 dB to 37 dB – the higher the rating, the more noise they can reduce.

How do I put ear plugs in correctly?

For foam ear plugs, roll the plug into a small, tight cylinder, then reach over your head with the opposite hand to gently pull your ear upwards. Insert the plug into the ear canal and hold it in place while it expands to create a snug fit. Silicone and reusable ear plugs are pressed or twisted gently into place. Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, as fitting methods can vary. Insert them carefully and never push them too deep, as this can cause discomfort or damage to the eardrum.

Is it safe to sleep with ear plugs in every night?

Ear plugs are generally safe to use every night, as long as you follow good hygiene. Wash your hands before handling them, clean reusable plugs regularly, and replace single-use foam ear plugs often. Keeping them clean and dry helps lower the risk of irritation, earwax build-up, or infection. Avoid pushing ear plugs too far into the ear canal, as this can cause discomfort or wax blockage. If you notice pressure, itching, or soreness, try a different type or size – or consult a healthcare professional for advice.

Do ear plugs damage your ears?

When used properly, ear plugs are safe and should not damage your ears. Issues usually arise if they’re inserted too deeply, used when dirty, or not replaced often enough, which can lead to irritation or wax build-up. To prevent problems, insert them gently, keep them clean, and follow the manufacturer’s replacement guidance. If you have ongoing ear problems, it’s best to speak with a healthcare professional before using ear plugs regularly.

Just OK

My boyfriend snores really loudly and one of us usually has to go into the spare bedroom, which is not ideal. I thought the only way round it was to find some earpugs which totally cut out the sound of the snoring. Well, the first time I tried them, they seemed to work. However, since then, I could still hear a slight sound of snoring and tried to put the earplugs deeper into my ear. However, I was aware of wearing earplugs and could still hear slight snoring so unfortunately these earplugs did not do the trick. I’m quite upset about this as I’m not sure anything will work. 🙁

A decent night's sleep

I have tried every kind of earplug from the chemist and my partner’s snoring breaks through all. These ones have given me decent sleep for the first time in 20 years.

Life Changing

After sleepless nights for 10 years in desperation one night I looked on the Internet for solutions to my husbands snoring, I have tried other ear plugs but they were not the greatest and mainly because too wide. The 1st night I used these I didn’t wake once, I’ve now been using for a week and a half and my husband has to wake me as I’ve slept through my alarm (I could of course turn up the alarm volume).I highly recommend these – amazing!

Earplugs

These are amazing and I will be ordering some more. I could barely detect my husband’s loud snoring. I simply added my arm over my ear and it blocked it out completely. THANK YOU!!!!!

Elite foam ear plug

I have recently purchased the Elite foam ear plugs as a trial. I have used various makes and styles of ear plugs, over the years to try and cut-out my wife’s snoring without much success. But I can safely say that these ear plugs are the best so far. The first night I used them I did not wake once during the night. I am very happy to recommend these ear plugs to any spouse snoring sufferers.
