Description

Our Snore Calm Chin-Up Strips act as mouth tape for sleeping, promoting nasal breathing to reduce snoring. These self-adhesive strips gently support your chin to encourage nasal breathing, promoting quieter, more restful nights for you and your partner.

These strips are also perfect for those using CPAP therapy, preventing mouth leaks, dry mouth, and sore throats for a more comfortable sleep experience.

Key benefits

Snore Calm Chin-Up Strips provide relief for issues caused by mouth breathing, including:

  • Reducing dry mouth and sore throat: Keeps the mouth closed for moisture retention.
  • Supporting CPAP users: Prevents oral venting for improved therapy efficiency.
  • Decreases snoring: Helps minimise loud mouth snoring.
  • Morning relief: Reduces nasal and sinus congestion.
  • Improved sleep quality: Enhances energy levels and reduces daytime sleepiness.

How to use

  1. Prepare your skin: Wash your face and apply a dab of Vaseline® to your cheeks.
  2. Apply the strip: Remove the strip from the backing paper, position the cheek tabs beside your nose, and pull the chin section gently below the bottom lip and press to secure.
  3. Removal: Slowly peel off the strip. Use a warm, wet cloth if needed to loosen the adhesive.

Precautions

  • Do not use it if nasal breathing is obstructed.
  • Avoid use on irritated, sunburned, or damaged skin.
  • Not suitable for children under 7 without physician approval.
  • Discontinue use if irritation occurs or use every other night to allow skin adjustment.

They work for my purposes

I wake up with super dry mouth (not sleep apnea) and I bought these so that my mouth would stay closed during the night. They work albeit a little too well because it’s hard to remove them. They break because the glue is super strong.

Snore Calm Chin-Up Strips

Very effective, but you need to be awake to take them off in the morning ! I found them on your web site, as I now use CPAP but it gave me a dry mouth.

Does work but...

Was rather horrified at the size of these, not really strips more like a chin mask! Definitely worked the first time I tried them and after that have cut them down so they are not quite so large. I don’t fancy having to put these on everyday, quite hard to get them off in the morning. I used them with a nose expander to help me breath better and that was a good solution. Wish there was something more comfortable which would do the same thing.

Try them

I was really excited to find this product based on so many good reviews. Unfortunately I had mixed experiences. Although I recorded myself and thought my snoring did start later in the night and was a bit quieter, unfortunately it hasn’t made enough of a difference to those sharing a room for me to continue with them as I also drink quite a bit of water through the night (impossible with your mouth taped shut) and found they got a bit itchy for me. All up, the inconveniences I experienced weren’t worth it for the small benefit being received. I think they’re worth a shot but maybe not the best product out there for me.

Having purchased and used these strips before, I can only confirm that they perform the function as intended.
