- Do not use if you have TMJ dysfunction without consulting a dentist first; have teeth or jaw pain; or if the dental guard or any part of the device is broken or damaged.
- Do not use as an athletic mouth guard.
- Before using this product, carefully read and understand all directions and consult with your dentist if you have any concerns. Using this product other than as directed may cause breakage of the product and potential injury.
- Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period.
- Not for use with dentures, braces or other dental appliances.
- Do not use for more than 3 months from initial use without consulting your dentist.
- Ask a dentist before use if you have loose fillings, loose teeth, chipped or broken teeth, loose caps or unfilled cavities; jaw clicking or pain, teeth pain, face pain; difficulty chewing; mouth sores; gum disease or bleeding gums; or respiratory problems.
- While using this product, see your dentist at least every 6 months.
- Stop use and see a dentist if you develop loose teeth or a change in your bite; experience pain or other irregularity.
- Stop use if it easily falls out of your mouth or causes you to gag or choke, you develop bleeding gums, soreness or other reaction inside your mouth.
- CAUTION: As with all intra-oral devices, there are inherent risk factors associated with using them. You should proceed with caution while using this product and regularly examine it, before and after each use, for any damage that may present a potential health hazard.

The guard has stopped me from grinding my teeth while I sleep, however, I washed it with warm water and it has now shrunk. Wash with cold water only!!

Brilliant ! After first night of wearing no more pain in teeth andjaw. My wife also says I snore less. Easy to fit and comfortable to wear. I was quoted £198 by my dentist to make me a full mouthguard am so glad I tried the cheaper option first.

I have been using the guard for a few weeks now and it seems to be working well. I used to wake up with a sore jaw and a dull headache, but that has all gone since using the guard. It takes a couple of nights to get used to and I found it definitely helps to put it in half an hour before going to sleep. It also gives me the peace of mind that I won’t wear down or fracture any teeth. Definitely worth the price, compared to what you would pay for a fitted guard through your dentist.

It took a couple of nights to get used to it, but it has been a relief not to have pain in the mornings, i do wake up sometimes chewing on the shield but no pain.

Feels light in the mouth and is great at keeping the teeth apart, especially the front ones which now effectively have nothing to grind on. However the front strap digs uncomfortably into the gums beneath the teeth at the front. Unfortunately, because of this I have stopped wearing the device and will be searching for an alternative.
