The SleepRight is a lightweight but strong teeth guard that is designed to protect your teeth and jaw joint from clenching and grinding. - Do not use if you have TMJ dysfunction without consulting a dentist first; have teeth or jaw pain; or if the dental guard or any part of the device is broken or damaged.
- Do not use as an athletic mouth guard.
- Before using this product, carefully read and understand all directions and consult with your dentist if you have any concerns. Using this product other than as directed may cause breakage of the product and potential injury.
- Do not use for more than 12 hours in a 24 hour period.
- Not for use with dentures, braces or other dental appliances.
- Do not use for more than 3 months from initial use without consulting your dentist.
- Ask a dentist before use if you have loose fillings, loose teeth, chipped or broken teeth, loose caps or unfilled cavities; jaw clicking or pain, teeth pain, face pain; difficulty chewing; mouth sores; gum disease or bleeding gums; or respiratory problems.
- While using this product, see your dentist at least every 6 months.
- Stop use and see a dentist if you develop loose teeth or a change in your bite; experience pain or other irregularity.
- Stop use if it easily falls out of your mouth or causes you to gag or choke, you develop bleeding gums, soreness or other reaction inside your mouth.
- CAUTION: As with all intra-oral devices, there are inherent risk factors associated with using them. You should proceed with caution while using this product and regularly examine it, before and after each use, for any damage that may present a potential health hazard.

Helpful and easy to use
I got this product because I have dental implants and started grinding my teeth at night and chewing the side of my mouth. This product is very easy to use and has stopped the problem. I don’t use it all the time, but it’s good to know its there. I was worried I might swallow it but the wings are large so it sits securely in the mouth. It seems well made and is good value.

A little fiddling with how to position it initially, but much more comfortable than dentist (and home made) splints.
Value for money - Comfortable, easy to use and effective
I’d certainly recommend this night-guard to anyone who grinds or clenches their teeth at night – something I realised I was doing after breaking two teeth and waking with a dull headache every morning for longer than I can remember. It feels a little bit odd to wear to start with, but I soon got used to it and the warmth of your mouth does make it soften and mould for a good fit. The useful advice leaflet advises popping it in about half an hour before sleeping, but personally found it most comfortable if I put it in just as I lay down to sleep – just a personal preference. I was worried it might give me bad morning breath, but it doesn’t seem to. I brush mine every day with my toothbrush so it always tastes fresh when I put it in. I searched around quite a lot for this mouth-guard, there are some cheaper versions on a well know auction site but I went with this because it was supported by a recognised professional organisation – worth every penny, it’s made a huge difference to the quality of my sleep and therefore the quality of my waking hours too 🙂
