Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Double Strength Rhynil
I’ve been using normal strength Rhynil for a couple of years now. Although I do find it helpful in clearing my nasal passages, it has not significantly eased my snoring. I purchased the new double-strength formula about ten days ago in the hope that this might do the trick. It certainly feels better in terms of reducing nasal stuffiness but unfortunately I’m reliably informed by my husband that it has had no effect on my snoring so far. I will continue with the treatment to give it time to take effect but I suspect I need a combination of treatments and weight loss to achieve a real reduction in snoring. I should add that I am a hay fever sufferer and have found both Rhynil products excellent for controlling allergy symptoms.

Having recently read about the product and reviews being a heavy snorer myself (suffering) I was sceptical if this would be of any use to me, I am into the second week of use and can honestly say that it has improved my sleep tremendously and reduced my snoring to a limit, wife is happy, also I find I’m breathing normally through the day after using the spray in the morning than have any congestion to deal with, taste isn’t fantastic but acceptable to be fair, but I would be interested if they do the spearmint in double strength! I will definitely continue using this product in the future to help reduce my suffering and would recommend any other snorers to give it a go. Would be interested in special offers on this product as £15 a go is perhaps pricey. Martin Burns
Rhynil double strength
This product works. My wife is getting a better night’s sleep now that my snoring is reduced. I found that spraying directly onto the roof of my mouth twice is enough to reduce the vibrations. I thoroughly recommend this short term fix for long term sufferers.
