How to use
Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Try it please. Keep using it works after approx 3 weeks, Snoring not completely gone but improved says a wife sufferer.
Rhynil (double strength) - So far so good!
I’ve been using this product now for about two weeks and i can honestly say it has made a difference. Both me and my partner have had much better sleep it seems to work very well. Will definitely continue use as so far have found no side effects/downside, no sore throat as you get with some off the shelf products. Will definitely be ordering again.
