How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Rhynil spray for catarrh

I didn’t purchase this product for the purposes of snoring, it was because I was desperate to try and alleviate the horrendous catarrh I experienced following my swims in local pools (3 times a week). I would find that I could not breathe through my nose after swimming, thus disrupting my sleep. This product is fantastic, it took about a week to work but I have not experienced any catarrh since and sometimes have to pinch myself that I am actually able to breathe through my nose!I would highly recommend it and I will keep using it. It stings a bit but it is well worth it!! Just for information, I only use the spray as a nasal spray and not on the roof of the mouth. This has seemed to work nicely still.

After using this for several days I can honestly say, that although I haven’t stopped snoring, it has made me have some great nights sleep, which I have struggled with for years. Very happy with the product and would recommend giving it a try, even if it’s just to get some decent sleep.

Was really sceptical when I bought this spray but thought it was worth a try. After reading all the reviews it seems it does get different results for different people. I have to say me and my partner noticed a massive difference after the first week of using it. Wake up feeling more rested (not sure if thats because she isn’t punching me all night any more!).I’m not a massive fan of nasal sprays but soon got used to it. All in all it works for me so i would recommend trying it first before moving on to something else.
