Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Best there is, but it does ware off occasionally
This is the best spray around, its hands above the rest, however, my partner hates the taste of it and it also wares out on him after about 4 hours, I am then awoken to that awful noise, sometimes he will take some more and if that doesn’t work, its back to the spare room!
It works ...
I have tried many other measures – from little plasters that tend to get unattached in the middle of the night, the loose bit tickling me and make me sneeze, to the lumps of plastic stuck in my mouth, making me dribble terribly. None of those worked 100% for me either. Rhynil is easy to apply, after the initial slight sting I get no other side effects and it works.

This product works well for me. I find its best if I use it as directed in the morning but have two applications at night. Doesn’t completely cure the snoring, but makes it a hell of a lot less deafening for my partner.

Its the only spray that has worked for me
This is the only spray that I have used to have any effect decent. Rating 8/10 because its not the nicest thing to spay up your nose! It definitley reduces snoring though!
