How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

My partner has been using this product for 2 weeks now, with me using macks’ ear plugs. Out of the two products, I have found the ear plugs to be the most effective in combating snoring or disrupted sleep to either partner from snoring. On the odd occasion when I haven’t got the ear plugs adjusted correctly, I can hear my partner snoring – and after two weeks of using the Rhynil, when I do hear him snore, the quality of his snoring doesn’t appear to be any less than it was before. But then, I am not hearing him snore much now – so it could be a combination of both products. However, I am hardly bothered by his snoring now, and am very reluctant to stop using mack’s ear plugs because I am finding them to be so good – so I can’t say for certain if the Rhynil would be effective on its own !

I have been using the Rhynil spray for just over 2 weeks now and it does seem to be working as described. It makes breathing easier and does open the airways. My wife concurs that the snoring has subsided to a managable level and i am no longer being kicked to turn over in the night after waking her up.
