Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Actually amazing
I cannot express how happy this product has made me! At 27 I found it impossible to sleep in the same room as my boyfriend and one of us had to sleep in the spare room for nearly six months, I was beginning to think we’d never share a bed again but this product actually works, something that none of the doctors managed to achieve or other products on the market. I’m now back for a six months supply. Definitely worth his wingeing about the stinging and disgusting taste!

I have been using this for several weeks. It has definitely helped clear my sinuses and I am breathing through my nose much more easily. I am not sure of impact of this on snoring yet as i am currently sleeping alone. I think my bad breath is better than it has been. So i would recommend the product but would also point out that eye bright tincture is available for less elsewhere. However as it doesnt state the concentration on this product care would need to be taken when choosing an alternative.

As it says on the packet, it takes a week to work, but after that my boyfriends snoring has greatly improved, to the point now where he hardly snores at all. Must be used as per instructions as one day he ‘forgot’ and had a very tired, grumpy girlfriend on his hands the next day! I don’t think he’s too happy about the taste and colour of the spray but quite frankly I don’t care because I think it’s brilliant!

Worked from the first night – his snoring hasn’t stopped but is much quieter now. At least I don’t have to move to the spare room! (He just has to remember to use it……)
