Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Suprised!
I was unsure how well this would work as it sounded like just another nasal spray…. but it appears to work, and after only 1 day of use! Now if they could only make it taste nicer…
Has some effect
After Reading the description I order this immediately. Anything would be better then having to suffer the wrath of my wife much longer. I gave it a week and had no changes in my snoring. I was then struck down with a cold and used thus in conjunction with a decongestant and found my snoring was less than before.

Great stuff it worked after only a couple of days, a bit pricey though for such a small bottle, I hope the money is going towards some research for people with a more serious problem than mine.

I have been using this (just a night dose) for over a month now and it really is working. Last night I forgot to spray and i kept my partner awake with my snoring so I deffo know it is working! Yippee!

I am sure that many people have benefitted from this product, but unfortunately it hasn’t helped me. I thought it would, but after about three weeks my husband says that my snoring has not diminished. Nose bands didn’t work either, and he claims that he can hear me through ear plugs!!
