How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

No snoring!

I was going away and would be sleeping in a room with others and was so worried!!You have to use it morning and night for a week before you go – worth knowing!It doesn’t taste and smell very nice but it does feel like it would be doing something!!I used it with some sticker chin straps and no snoring! Yay soooo happy!!

It took a few days but this spray, (used in conjunction with nasal strips) has reduced my snoring to a minimal level. I do find it quite uncomfortable to use, even after a few weeks but the discomfort wears off after a few minutes.I also find, but I am sure it will vary from person to person, that I don’t need to use it in the morning. Just before bed is more than enough to keep the decibels down!

My husband using this spray for weeks now and it seems to ease his snoring. It’s definately not a cure for snoring but it can ease it a little bit

The results on using this spray were mixed. It seemed to make a slight difference but on occasions the snoring was really bad. I did the snore tests and thought this would be the right thing for me as I snore every night with varying degrees of frequency and loudness, but it hasn’t had much impact. By the way, I don’t have a weight problem so that isn’t related to the snoring.The spray made my nose sting quite a lot for a few seconds but otherwise it was ok.The product didn’t make enough impact for me to buy it again, so back to the drawing board.

Normally i don’t leave reviews, but i have to for this, this is a lifesaver!3 years ago, i had a sinuplasty surgery to clear my sinuses thinking this was the reason for my snoring. I snored so loud, and it wasn’t pleasant. The surgery didn’t fix the snoring, not even one bit. I even had a first panic attack after the surgery, So this put the idea of my having another surgery to rest. I’ve tried using snore rings thinking it works. I thought it did, until my new partner said i snore so loud, and she felt guilty trying to wake me up in the middle of the night. I felt even more guilty when i find out she couldn’t sleep well because of my snoring. So i bought another snore ring, but this didn’t even make a difference, as i found out the following morning of using it that my snoring kept her up at night. In desperation, started another search for something else that worked, then i can about BritishSnoring. There was a test that tired to determine what type of snorer you are, so as to advise on the best treatment. I was diagnosed as having a vibrating uvula. Rhynil was suggested, and i bought two units in hope, as you can see, I’ve tried all i know, and i don’t want my partner i love so deadly to suffer from sleepless nights. I believe this worked from the first day. My partner joined me over the weekend. The following morning she said that i didn’t even snore… Not even once!!Sometimes you’re advised to keep your drinks to a minimum so as to ensure you don’t snore. Well, we had a night out, i had a couple of strong cocktails. Applied Rhynil before sleeping. I thought i would snore a bit that night. According to my partner, not even a bit. I didn’t snore at all!!!I am 35 years old, and when I’ve spent a great part of my life being aware of and trying to stop snoring, and something comes along, and fixes it, without surgery, then you know this is a godsend!!
