How to use

I am very pleased with tis product it has helped my snoring a great deal the only thing I don’t like about s the taste but I am willing to put up with that just to get a good night sleep also my husband says he can sleep a lot better and I’m not keeping him awake so I do recommend rhynil and out of every thing else I have tried it is the best.

This is really effective. I did the questionnaire and this came up as a treatment, with the mouth guard. Guess which I chose first? I have used it every night since it arrived and now my partner and I sleep well. I sometimes hear myself snoring by 5 or 6 o’clock in the morning, but hey whose complaining! It does take a bit of getting used to as it stings in a strange way. But it’s only momentary and really is so effective it’s well worth it.

Well My husband was complaining about my snoring – I have tried to sleep on my side as much as I can but my snoring was still causing sleep deprivation for both of us. I went on the website (after doing a search and finding the british snoring and sleep apnea society) and I did the online snore test – and was recommended to use Rhynil. I purchased online and received either the next day or the one after- very quick. Following instructions – quite unpleasant sensation -sneezy/tickly – but VERY HAPPY with results – full nights sleep for both of us!!!I WISH I HAD DONE THIS YEARS AGO!!!

After years of snoring getting progressively louder I found this website. In desperation 3 weeks before a camping trip I would have tried ANYTHING! I need to watch every penny but decided to try this combined with the snore guard after taking the online questionnaire and unbelievably my snoring has stopped COMPLETELY. I am absolutely delighted. Not 100 percent pleasant to use BUT you get used to it. My fellow campers were able to sleep peacefully and my friend who hardly sleeps at all told me she didn’t hear a whisper from my end of the tent!

I found this very helpful in facilitating breathing following a cold. Cleared airways, breathing more comfortable, ears less blocked. I’m glad I now have it in my armoury when I next experience an attack caused by virus, allergies and the like.
