Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Stings a bit when you spray it up your nose but its momentary discomfort. Finally started working for me after 10 days of use (going to sleep slightly propped up initially seemed to help also) and have now had 2 nights of no snoring… Husband is delighted. Will be reordering.
