Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Rhynil
I’ve found that Rhynil has really helped clear my nasal passages. On the whole it has reduced the snoring caused by this. It’s a bit sharp when you use the spray but it only lasts seconds. I find that if I spray it into my mouth it gets really dry and uncomfortable. I’ve been pleased so far with the product.

Rhynil is brilliant! The best things I’ve ever tried. I snore awfully and very very loudly, so much so it has caused massive tension between me and my partner to the point where we could not sleep together and it was effecting our relationship badly. I have tried all manner of spray, nose strips and even a device that gives me an electric shock when I snore, none of these worked at all although the electric band did give me a painful and dead arm but the snoring continued. I have even been to beg my doctor for help. I bought Rhynil a week ago and it has been fantastic. I’m back to sleeping in the bed instead of the spare room or the sofa and my partner is also getting a good night sleep and I get lots of cuddles now instead of his elbow in my ribs. I am definately going to continue to buy this and would definately recommend it to anyone…… its worked wonders!!!
Disappointed
I tried Rhynil for a month, and it probably helped, but it was no more effective than my previous treatment of sniffing sea salt solution morning and evening. The latter is more beneficial for my hayfever (allergic rhinitis), pleasanter to take than Rhynil with no irritation of the nasal membranes – soothing, in fact –; and it’s a lot less expensive! Needless to say I’m back to sniffing sea salt solution – you just have to be careful to get the concentration right.

Rhynil is absolutely great. Not only does it clear my head at night it helps clear my head and nasal passages during the day. I wouldn’t be without it now.
