I have been using it for 11 days now and it hasnt stopped my snoring but it has reduced it so i am pleased with that. I didnt think the instructions were that good i must say, when it tells you to spray the back of you month it sould explain exactly were (roof, or back of throut) and I also found that it is better if I breath deeply though my nose when using it. But I must say I’m glad it has helped reduce the snoring levels a bit.

I have tried most types of anti snoring products over the past years with varying levels of success, Rhynil being a more recent one. I sometimes use it together with chin supports. I couldn’t say that I no longer get complaints re snoring from my wife but I get far fewer digs in the ribs so there must be an improvement. The trouble now is the cost of these two products. How can I spend less? Bulk buying?

This is a great product, it has heped me a lot and my partner can confirm that has reduced my snoring greatly. He can tell if I forget to use it as the snoring returns. I tend to use it only at night as I find that this is enough, although the taste is unpleasant it does not linger.

Apparently I had a problem snoring and was woken up during the night. I have tried Rhynil for a week now and it seems to be working. I think there was only one night where I snored.

Has helped a lot, and possibly saved my marriage. I tend to find that using it in the evening only is enough but it is definitely more effective if I use it in the morning too. I think i snore because of ‘palatal flutter’ and it seems to harden up the tissue a bit so it doesn’t vibrate and cause me to snore. Best thing I’ve found so far – a bit expensive and it would be great to be able to buy it in Boots or on the high street. Taste is not great but is nowhere near revolting. Could be a lot worse.
