How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

rhynil spray for nose and mouth

My snoring was becoming a problem and it was having an effect on my relationship. My sleep pattern was poor and was constantly tired during the day, I bought the Rhynil spray for nose and mouth, after I googled ways to prevent snoring without having to go to my GP, I had tried the Nasdil but found that I was taken this off during the night as it was irritating me, so bought the mouth and nose spray, this appears to be working as I am not getting woken as much during the night, sleep pattern is still poor hopefully over time this will improve.

Where has the Train Gone?

I do not usually review products unless they are exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. I am happy to state that Rhynil was exactly the product for me. I experienced results the very first night. I am not sure what occurred, but overnight I went from a quiet sleeper to a freight train going down the tracks. Who knows what changed! My wife went to the guest room at least three times a week. My research began and I came across Rhynil. I am here in the States and ordered it from Seattle. It literally worked the first time I used it. It continued to work and I continued to use it.

I have been using Rhynil every night and morning for over a month and it isn’t a miracle cure. I have noticed a slight improvement (slightly less snoring) though it isn’t consistently getting better.

I started using this product about 3 weeks ago and it seems to be working quite well so far. I think it took about a week to start working properly.

Almost immediate congestion relief which significantly reduces the snoring! I recommend trying this out before going for more expensive options.
