Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Didn't work for me
I bought this after doing the snore test and had high hopes after trying several other things before. I used this night and morning as per the instructions for over two weeks. Unfortunately it didn’t make the slightest difference to my snoring. Nada. Quite disappointed given the other positive reviews, hope it works better for you.
Rhynil
My wife has been using this product for last two weeks to help with some snoring and strained breathing while sleeping. We have seen marked improvements on both counts. Her breathing while asleep is much more even and the snoring is reduced. It also seems that her sinus related headaches that she is prone to has improved.

Have been using Rhynill since Christmas when my husband pointed out how loudly I was snoring….and it really does seem to have worked. I’ve not kept him awake for ages . . . .
Rhynil Standard
This product seems to work quite well for me as I suffer from a loose soft palate. However, the flavour isn’t great. I tried the Spearmint version last year, which was a much more acceptable flavour and gave a fresher feeling. Regrettably, this has been discontinued after only a short time with apparently no prospect of it returning which is a great shame as it was a much nicer product.
No blocked nose
Rhynil has really helped with my blocked nose and the catarrh in my throat during the night. As a result I am not disturbing my husband with my snoring as much. Thanks very much.
