Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Definite improvement
Did the snore test – nasal snorer. Had previously just used nasal strips. Been using the product about 6 weeks and my partner has definitely benefited :), it takes a bit of getting used to – its quite a lot of volume per spray – but the taste/smell is good.
Rhynil Spray for Nose
This spray has really improved my breathing at night. Thank goodness my boyfriend doesn’t call me The Tractor anymore. Would highly recommend this product to anyone who has issues.

Surprisingly I have noticed a difference since starting to use rhynil even though I forget to reuse it in the mornings. However as with all products it’s not magic. It’s the best one of about 5 sprays/strips I’ve tried though.

I have been using the spray for about 3 weeks now. Has not stopped me from snoring but I think it may have made it slightly less and works quite well if used with nose strips. Has not solved my problem so off for a sleepover at the sleep clinic!
Trying it
Have been using this and it seems to be stopping my snoring, I know it clears my nose during the night very well. The taste isn’t terrible but works well. My partner has mentioned that the snoring is greatly reduced or is gone. Now that I am on the road again as I write this I am continuing to use it so when I go home I hope that my snoring is completely gone.
