Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Biggest improvement yet
I have been using Rhynil for about eight months. I found that this is not a quick fix, but I have experienced a steady and most welcome improvement over time. Importantly, according to my partner, sleep apnoia has completely gone. Also I have found a big reduction in being disturbed by my own snoring. I am continuing with Rhynil and I have no hesitation in recommending others to give it a try, but please do be patient, and do use it night and morning. I also recommend reducing alcohol consumption (stick to the NHS guide lines) and avoiding binge drinking. I have found that white and rose wines are less troublesome than red. Brilliant product
I can only concur with the majority of reviewers – this product really does seem to work. It is not 100% snore-proof, but it has reduced my husband’s snoring to a level where I am actually sleeping unbroken nights, with ear-plugs. Which is something I thought would NEVER happen! 4 years of horrific snoring and I was getting ready to move into the spare room permanently! Now we are sleeping together every night, and it has done wonders for our marriage. Yay!
Very effective product
My husband suffers from very bad snoring, so bad its got to the point of having to sleep seperately most nights. After trying everything offered on the high street tried this product because it tackled both nose and throat. This has worked wonders and even though it hasn’t stopped the snoring completely it’s certainly quietened the noise level. With earplugs the snoring is not an issue. Well worth the money
From day one this gave me a good nights sleep. Partner has been a heavy snorer for many years and has often slept in the spare room. Having read all the other reviews I thought it was worth giving this product a chance.
Rhinyl
I have to say I am usually dubious of ‘stop snoring’ remedies having tried a few, but Rhinyl really worked for me. My husband and I had even taken to going to separate rooms as my snoring was so bad, but now we are back together again! The Rhinyl does wear off in the early hours of the morning I find but it is enough to give me back a good nights sleep – and my husband of course! You can really feel it working too on the back of the throat, instead of feeling the muscles relaxing it helps to keep them taught and aids breathing through the nose. Thank you Rhinyl, I had almost given up hope on my snoring!
