How to use
Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.
Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.
Pro tip: Incorporate into a regular sleep hygiene routine for optimal results.

I was desperate for a remedy so started using the spray about a month ago and my snoring seems to have stopped! Definitely worth trying.

Rather sceptically having used a few snore curing products in the past I tried Rhynil and after a week or so it seems to have reduced my snoring very significantly. My wife certainly knows when I have forgotten to use it! I also go on regular golf trips and the guy who I share the hotel room with is also going to get a better nights sleep next time!

Been trying this spray for nearly a month now and have to say it has significantly lowered the volume of my snoring or so i’ve been told! Whether the improvement is sustainable only time will tell, but so far it appears to be working. Fingers crossed!!!
