How to use

Timing: Use twice daily, once in the morning and again at night.

Application: Spray twice into each nostril while gently closing the other nostril with your finger. Spray twice onto the roof of the mouth. Breathe in gently while spraying.

Review Title

Certainly helped my throat cattarrh, which I suffer from with or without a cold, so that alone is value for me as nothing else I have tried has helped. As for the snoring well volume is down but not gone altogether. It is not a pleasant experience squirting it up the nose.

The only thing I have tried that actually makes a difference. Doesn’t stop completely but my wife tells me that after 3 days my unbearable snoring reduced so much that she now gets a full nights sleep for the first time in years….She is very happy! Will be buying again when it runs out.

Only thing to work!

I’ve tried everything to reduce my snoring, from finger rings, to nose strips, none of which worked. However I can safely say that from the first time of using Rhynil it reduced my snoring, and after a few days my wife didn’t even notice if a had!! I’m not a fan of squirting it up my nose as I don’t like the feeling but it’s worth a minute of discomfort for a restful nights sleep. I’ll be buying this product again when my bottle runs out.
