Description

Nozovent® Nasal Dilator is a simple but proven top-rated product to help relieve the vibrations that cause snoring. Available in two sizes, Medium or Large. It opens the nostrils, allowing more oxygen into the airways. It is a small strip made from medical plastic that inserts into the nasal channels, and expands, allowing breathing to become easier. As a result, the soft palate does not vibrate as easily, you breathe easier and snore less. Easier on your throat too, and allows more oxygen into your lungs.

The Nozovent® Nasal Dilator is designed and made using a ‘springy’, flexible plastic (polyeteramid). It takes a little time to get used to, but with regular use most find that they forget its presence in the nose. In position, Nozovent® is anchored by specially designed nodules, which ensure that the device does not come into contact with the mucous membrane or become the cause of a nosebleed.

Each pack contains 2 pieces.

Excellent

After the initial first use of these nasal strips l found immediate relief from dry mouth and felt better rested in the morning. It did help to reduce my snoring, however l have purchased a mouth spray which when used together has stopped the snoring. Not drinking alcohol does help my problem as well.In essence l am extremely pleased with my purchase.

A partial success

My snoring was becoming more frequent in the ast 3-4 years and was disturbing my partner a lot. I bought the Nozovent to try and make her quality-of-life better and I had fairly low expectations that it could work. However the Nozovent has definitely made a difference and although it has not stopped me snoring every single night it has worked about 75% of the time. There are still occasions when I still snore and we cannot work out why it doesn’t work on those nights i.e. its not always because I am extra tired or have had a drink. After the first 3-4 nights you get used to wearing the product and I now sleep without any problems caused by wearing it. It will occasionally fall out (maybe one night in a week). The product does lose it’s strength (elasticity) after just a few weeks and I dont know why they cannot make it more durable. So its a good start but I will have to be convinced that I can maintain the kind of success I have had initially to keep purchasing it regularly.

The Nozovent has helped me breath better at night so I sleep better and don’t block up do much. However , I don’t think it has helped my snoring much.

Goodbye Collapsed Nostrils, Hello restful sleep!

I have to admit I was worried about spending money on a piece of plastic that might or might not fall out and get lost; that might or might not fit my larger than average female nose; that might just help my sinuses and dry mouth. I’ve had sinus infections on and off for years. The recent one left me feeling absolutely wiped out, not only because of the baceterial infection but also because I couldn’t sleep. I’m a side sleeper but one of my nostrils tends to clog up, which causes me to turn over in my sleep. Repeatedly. Then I would wake up with a dry mouth because I’d been mouth-breathing and the central heating had come on. So I bought a medium sized Nozovent, on the off chance it would be large enough. It is. I found it very hard to fit at first, but once I followed the diagrams on the box correctly, I got the hang of it. It’s only come out in my sleep once, I think I must have taken it out, but handily kept holding on to it! They do look as if they could get lost easily, so it’s useful that there are two per pack. Coincidentally. I have just gone part time at work, so I don’t know how much my sleep has improved because of the Nozovent, and how much is owing to stress reduction. Last night I slept eight and a half hours. That’s almost a miracle for me.As a final remark. I’d add that the times I didn’t use the Nozovent since its arrival about ten days ago, I woke up either with a collapsed, blocked nostril or a headache. That’s proof for me that it works. It’s a little uncomfortable to take out by morning, but hasn’t caused nosebleeds or damage. I haven’t been much of a snorer, though occasionally I’ve had sleep apnoea. So I can’t comment on that, except that I’ve had no sudden wakings since I started using the Nozovent. Im giving it nine out of ten because it does feel difficult to take out. Now I want my snoring partner to try one!””

Nozovent

I have been using Nozovent (medium) for many years now and find them extremely helpful. I would not consider going to bed without them. If you get the correct size they never seem to come out and I could not be more pleased with the product.
